One Pan Mexican Style

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries
  • ½ cup Snow Peas
  • ½ cup Red, Orange or Yellow peppers, roughly chopped
  • 6 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half
  • ½ White Onion, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup of Broccoli
  • ½ cup Zucchini, chopped into an even round shape
  • Salt & Pepper to season
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ teaspoon dried Oregano
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground Cumin
  • 1 pinch ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground Cloves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. In a small bowl, mix chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper flakes, dried oregano, paprika, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, ground cloves and salt & pepper to create a spice blend.
  3. Mix spice blend into a large bowl with snow peas, peppers, cherry tomatoes, white onion, broccoli and zucchini until all veggies are covered with the spice blend.
  4. On a pan, place frozen Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries in a single layer and place seasoned veggies on the bottom half of the pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until veggies are fully cooked and enjoy while hot!
