Hummus Dip Trio with Oven Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Flavour Crisp Classic Oven Chips
  • 3 cans of chickpeas, well drained
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 roasted beet, peeled and chopped
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 ½ tablespoon tahini
  • 9 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 3 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon roasted pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chives, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook Cavendish Farms Flavour Crisp Classic Oven Chips in an oven or air fryer according to package directions.
  2. To make the avocado hummus, in a food processor, add 1 can of drained chickpeas, 3 tablespoon olive oil, 1 ½ tablespoon tahini, avocado, 1/8 cumin, 1 garlic and pulse for 2 minutes or until smooth. Set aside in a small bowl and repeat for regular hummus and beet hummus.
  3. Garnish avocado hummus with roasted sunflower seeds and parsley, regular hummus with roasted pine nuts and dill, beet hummus with chives and black sesame seeds. Serve hummus with crispy Cavendish Farms Flavour Crisp Classic Oven Chips with some of your favourite veggies on the side and enjoy!
