Buffalo Dip with Waffle Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
  • 0.3 pound of chicken breast
  • 1 spring onion, roughly chopped
  • 4oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 stalks celery sticks, sliced in quarters.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook Cavendish Farms Waffle Fries in an oven or air fryer according to package directions.
  3. Cut chicken breast into small bite size cubes.
  4. In a pan, cook the chicken breast until fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside. Once cooled, shred chicken.
  5. Spread cream cheese onto a baking dish. Layer with cooked chicken breast, ranch dressing, hot sauce and mix. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Garnish buffalo dip with spring onion. Serve with a side of waffle fries and celery sticks.
