Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh tarragon
- ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 anchovy fillet
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper, to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries in an oven or air fryer according to package directions.
- To make the green goddess dressing, in a blender, add mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh flat-leaf parsley, fresh tarragon, fresh chives, fresh lemon juice, rice vinegar, anchovy fillet, garlic, cayenne pepper and some salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Remove cooked fries and transfer onto a plate.
- Garnish Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries with the green goddess dressing and some parsley. Enjoy!
