Burger and Pub Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries
  • 2 brioche buns
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 4 pieces of green lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Salt & pepper to season

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes. Flip fries halfway and bake for another 10 minutes until light golden colour.
  3. In a bowl, add ground beef, salt & pepper to the bowl and mix well. Form 2 burger patties and set aside.
  4. Heat a large pan with olive oil on medium heat and place the 2 burger patties in the pan. Cook burger patties for 10 minutes, flipping halfway and cook for another 5 minutes, then add 2 slices of mozzarella cheese. slices. Allow mozzarella to melt. Remove the cooked burger patties and set aside.
  5. In the well heated pan, add brioche buns to toast for a minute. Remove and set aside.
  6. To assemble, add mayonnaise to the brioche buns, layer with lettuce, burger patty, tomato slices and top with brioche bun.
  7. Garnish brioche bun with some white sesame seeds. Serve burger with Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries on the side. Enjoy!
