Pesto Pub Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 750g bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries
  • 1/3 cup prepared pesto
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4 grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp basil leaves (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Spread Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Flip fries and continue baking for 5 to 10 minutes to a light golden colour.
  3. Place fries on a platter and toss with pesto. Sprinkle with sundried tomatoes, basil, and parsley if desired, serve and enjoy!
