Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
  • 0.3 pounds chicken breast
  • 1 spring onion, roughly chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon goat cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries in an oven or air fryer according to package instructions.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into small bite size cubes.
  4. In a pan, cook the chicken breast until fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
  5. Spread cream cheese onto a baking dish. Layer with the cooked chicken breast, ranch dressing, hot sauce. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Garnish buffalo dip with spring onion and goat cheese. Serve with a side of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries and celery.
