Black Bean and Avocado Toast with Hash Brown Waffle Fries

One part hash brown. One part waffle. All parts delicious! These hash brown waffles make breakfast so irresistible that you’ll crave them all day and all night. Serve them in the morning with a side of your favourite breakfast foods, snack on them in the afternoon, or switch up your dinner routine by subbing these in for your usual fries.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Hash Brown Waffle Fries
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1/2 a large avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ tablespoons dijon-style prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 (16 oz) can black beans
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
- Cook hash brown waffle fries as directed.
- Rinse and drain black beans.
- Dice red onion and cilantro.
- Combine sour cream, mustard, lemon juice and dill to create dill sauce.
- Top your hash brown waffle fries with dill sauce, black beans, red onion, avocado and cilantro.
