Smoked Salmon Hash Brown Waffle Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Hash Brown Waffles
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese Spread
  • 1 cup smoked salmon or as much as desired
  • Capers - to taste
  • 1/2 cup sliced Red Onion
  • Half of a lemon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC). Cook Cavendish Farms Hash Brown Waffles according to package directions.
  2. Top each hash brown with cream cheese spread and smoked salmon. Squeeze lemon and sprinkle with capers and red onion.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, enjoy!
