Whipped Feta Dip with Kettle-Style Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Kettle Style Wedges
  • 1 8 oz block feta cheese
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 small clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon of dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon of dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley, roughly chopped

Directions

  1. Bake Cavendish Farms Kettle Wedges in an oven or air fryer according to package directions.
  2. In a food processor, add feta, lemon zest, mayonnaise, dried dill, oregano, thyme, garlic and salt & pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. To serve, place the dip on a plate and top off with Cavendish Farm’s Kettle Wedges.
  4. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and parsley.
