All-Seasoned Kettle-Style Wedges Northern Maple Mustard Dip

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • To taste, salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Whisk together Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, maple syrup, and lime juice.
  2. Add salt and pepper to preference.
  3. Top dip mixture with green onion.
