Smoked Meat Sandwich with Kettle Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag of Cavendish Farms Kettle Wedges™
  • ¼ lbs of smoked meat
  • Mustard
  • Mayo
  • 2 slices of bread

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Place Kettle Wedges in oven and bake for 28-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Spread mustard on one of the slices of bread.
  4. Serve mayo in a ramekin as a side sauce for the Kettle Wedges, plate sandwich and Kettle Wedges and enjoy!
