All-Seasoned Kettle-Style Wedges
Who needs takeout when you’ve got Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style All-Seasoned Kettle-Style Wedges? These new jumbo wedges are as big in taste as they are in size. Seasoned to perfection, the skin-on wedges give you crispy, restaurant-inspired flavours. Serve them as a side, loaded up with your favourite toppings, or dip them for a gourmet snack. Made in Canada from domestic and imported ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Kettle Style Wedges
- 1 8 oz block feta cheese
- ½ cup of mayonnaise
- 1 small clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon of dried dill
- ¼ teaspoon of dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon of parsley, roughly chopped
Directions
- Bake Cavendish Farms Kettle Wedges in an oven or air fryer according to package directions.
- In a food processor, add feta, lemon zest, mayonnaise, dried dill, oregano, thyme, garlic and salt & pepper. Blend until smooth.
- To serve, place the dip on a plate and top off with Cavendish Farm’s Kettle Wedges.
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and parsley.
