Steak Frites Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Gourmet Frites Extra Thin with Cracked Pepper
  • 1 flank steak
  • ¼ cup of shredded parmesan cheese
  • Toothpicks
  • Salt & pepper for seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread single layer of frozen fries in the oven for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through and cook for another 7 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan 1 minute on each side for medium rare or 2 minutes for well done.
  4. Let the steak rest for 3 minutes.
  5. Slice and separate the flank steak in 6 pieces.
  6. Take 5 gourmet frites fries and gather in a bunch.
  7. Take a flank steak and wrap around the fries and secure with a toothpick.
  8. Garnish with parsley, serve with your favourite dipping sauces and enjoy!
