Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Gourmet Frites Extra Thin with Cracked Pepper
- 1 flank steak
- ¼ cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- Toothpicks
- Salt & pepper for seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread single layer of frozen fries in the oven for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through and cook for another 7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan 1 minute on each side for medium rare or 2 minutes for well done.
- Let the steak rest for 3 minutes.
- Slice and separate the flank steak in 6 pieces.
- Take 5 gourmet frites fries and gather in a bunch.
- Take a flank steak and wrap around the fries and secure with a toothpick.
- Garnish with parsley, serve with your favourite dipping sauces and enjoy!
