Slow Cooker Chili Cheese Fries

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Extra Thin Gourmet Fries
- 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 small green bell pepper chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (16-ounce) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 (14-1/2-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 2-3 tablespoons chili powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook the ground beef large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Place the cooked ground beef and remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cook at HIGH 3 to 4 hours or at LOW 5 to 6 hours.
- 15 minutes, prior to serving, cook the fries according to the package directions.
- To serve, layer chili over fries and top with shredded cheese and sour cream.
