Roasted Garlic & Herb Dip with Kettle-Style Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style All-Seasoned Kettle Style Wedges
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper, to season

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Kettle Style Wedges in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, roughly chop parsley, dill and chives and set aside.
  4. To make Roasted Garlic & Herb Dip, in a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, roasted garlic, parsley, dill, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined and set aside.
  5. Plate cooked Kettle Style Wedges and place Roasted Garlic &Herb Dip in the centre and enjoy!
