Who needs takeout when you’ve got Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style All-Seasoned Kettle-Style Wedges? These new jumbo wedges are as big in taste as they are in size. Seasoned to perfection, the skin-on wedges give you crispy, restaurant-inspired flavours. Serve them as a side, loaded up with your favourite toppings, or dip them for a gourmet snack.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style All-Seasoned Kettle Style Wedges
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tbsp dill
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper, to season
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Kettle Style Wedges in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, roughly chop parsley, dill and chives and set aside.
- To make Roasted Garlic & Herb Dip, in a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, roasted garlic, parsley, dill, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined and set aside.
- Plate cooked Kettle Style Wedges and place Roasted Garlic &Herb Dip in the centre and enjoy!
