Pulled Pork Poutine

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
  • 1 cup of leftover pulled pork
  • 1 cup cheese curds
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 2 ¼ cups water
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries in the air fryer and bake for 10 minutes. Shake the air fryer basket and toss fries, cooking for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Crumble chicken stock cube and beef stock cube into boiling water. Mix to dissolve.
  4. In a well-heated medium pan, melt butter. Add flour, onion powder and pepper and whisk. While whisking, slowly add in the chicken and beef stock mixture. Whisk for 2 minutes until it thickens to a gravy consistency. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
  5. Heat up leftover pulled pork in the microwave and set aside.
  6. Transfer cooked Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries onto a plate. Layer with leftover pulled pork, gravy and cheese curds. Enjoy while hot!
