Ingredients
- 170g Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive Thru Fries
- 1/4 cup light cream cheese
- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 2 corn cobbs, grilled
- 2 tbsp. white onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup Hellmann’s Garlic Aioli
- 1 tbsp. chili oil
- Cilantro for garnish
- Limes for serving
Directions
- Using a serrated knife cut corn kernels off each corn cob and transfer to a mixing bowl. Stir in white onion.
- In a small bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, lime juice and lime zest together until creamy. Set aside.
- Cook Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive Thru Fries in the oven or air fryer according to package directions.
- Place cooked fries onto a serving plate. Spoon lime cream cheese sauce over fries. Top with corn mixture. Sprinkle with crumbled cotija cheese and green onion. Drizzle with Hellmann’s Garlic Aioli and chili oil.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
Tip - if you have any trouble finding Cotija cheese you can replace it with feta.
To make Vegan - use vegan shredded mozzarella instead of cojita cheese, vegan cream cheese and Hellmann’s vegan mayo.
