Mexican Street Corn Fries

Ingredients

  • 170g Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive Thru Fries
  • 1/4 cup light cream cheese
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • 2 corn cobbs, grilled
  • 2 tbsp. white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann’s Garlic Aioli
  • 1 tbsp. chili oil
  • Cilantro for garnish
  • Limes for serving

Directions

  1. Using a serrated knife cut corn kernels off each corn cob and transfer to a mixing bowl. Stir in white onion.
  2. In a small bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, lime juice and lime zest together until creamy. Set aside.
  3. Cook Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive Thru Fries in the oven or air fryer according to package directions.
  4. Place cooked fries onto a serving plate. Spoon lime cream cheese sauce over fries. Top with corn mixture. Sprinkle with crumbled cotija cheese and green onion. Drizzle with Hellmann’s Garlic Aioli and chili oil.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

Notes

Tip - if you have any trouble finding Cotija cheese you can replace it with feta.

To make Vegan - use vegan shredded mozzarella instead of cojita cheese, vegan cream cheese and Hellmann’s vegan mayo.
