Pulled Pork Sandwich with Drive-Thru Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive-Thru Fries
  • 1 cup of leftover pulled pork
  • 4 cups of thinly sliced cabbage, a mix of purple and green
  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 brioche burger bun
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Cook frozen fries according to package instructions.
  3. In a medium bowl, add cabbage, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper and mix until cabbage is coated with dressing and set aside.
  4. Heat up leftover pulled pork in a microwave until warm.
  5. In a well-heated pan, warm up brioche bun.
  6. To assemble, add pulled pork and layer with coleslaw. Serve pulled pork sandwich with a side of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive-Thru Fries.
