Big Mac with Drive-Thru Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive-Thru Fries
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 whole pickles
  • ½ teaspoon white sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 leaves iceberg lettuce, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt & pepper, to season

Directions

  1. Cook Cavendish Farms Drive- Thru Fries in the oven or air fryer according to package directions.
  2. In a well heated pan, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper, according to taste.
  3. In a bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, smoked paprika, salt & pepper and 2 tablespoons of diced pickles. Mix all the ingredients well to create the Big Mac sauce.
  4. Remove the fries once cooked and place on a large plate.
  5. Serve with Cavendish Farms Drive- Thru Fries on the bottom. Garnish with iceberg lettuce, ground beef, the remaining pickles thinly sliced, cheddar cheese and white sesame seeds. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce and enjoy!
