Loaded Waffle Nacho Fries

Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 10 minutes | Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
  • 1 spring onion, roughly chopped
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread frozen waffle fries in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Flip fries and continue baking for 10-15 minutes until light golden brown.
  3. Remove the waffle fries from the oven after 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on every waffle fry. Place back in the oven for 2 minutes until cheese is melted on the waffle fries.
  4. Garnish with some sliced cherry tomatoes, spring onion and a drizzle of sour cream.
  5. Serve with your favourite guacamole and salsa on the side. Enjoy!
