Korean Style Bulgogi Fries

Ingredients

  • 350g Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive Thru Fries
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. Hellmann’s Spicy Mayonnaise Type Dressing
  • 225g (8 oz) Flank Steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kimchi
  • 2 Green onion stalks, sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, ribboned
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

Bulgogi Fries

  1. Pre-heat cast iron pan or non-stick pan to medium high heat
  2. Drain excess marinade liquid from the bowl and discard. Stir in 1 tbsp. of Hellmann’s Spicy Mayonnaise Type Dressing and coat steak. Cook steak slices for 5 – 8 minutes until browned.
  3. Cook Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive Thru Fries in the oven or air fryer according to package directions.
  4. Divide ingredients for serving. Place fries into bowl; top with meat, ribboned cucumber, and kimchi. Drizzle with 2 tbsp. of Hellmann’s Spicy Mayonnaise Type Dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp sodium reduced soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp. ginger paste
  • 1/4 cup grated Asian pear

Directions

Marinade

  1. In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Add steak slices and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
