Green Goddess Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh tarragon
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 anchovy fillet
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries in an oven or air fryer according to package directions.
  2. To make the green goddess dressing, in a blender, add mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh flat-leaf parsley, fresh tarragon, fresh chives, fresh lemon juice, rice vinegar, anchovy fillet, garlic, cayenne pepper and some salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Remove cooked fries and transfer onto a plate.
  4. Garnish Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries with the green goddess dressing and some parsley. Enjoy!
