Waffle Fry Pulled BBQ Chicken Sliders

Served loaded, drizzled, dipped, or tossed, Cavendish Farms Classic Waffle Fries are a crowd pleaser for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 540g bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 2 cups pulled roasted chicken (make your own or buy at store)
- 1/3 cup prepared BBQ sauce
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp celery seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive-Thru fries in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes to a golden colour. Flip fries and bake for 10 to 15 minutes to a light golden colour.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and barbecue sauce. Heat to warm.
- In medium bowl, combine slaw ingredients and mix well. Set aside
- Top half of the waffle fries with a few spoons of chicken mixture and a spoon of slaw. Place another waffle fry on top. Secure with a tooth pick, if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
