Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 8 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
- ½ cup cooked spinach, drained
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon Daikon Radish Sprout
- Salt & pepper, to season
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread frozen Waffle Fries in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To a small pot on medium heat, add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and parmesan cheese. Stir frequently until melted and an even consistency and set aside.
- To a dipping bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic cloves and warm cream cheese mixture.
- Garnish dip with Daikon Radish Sprout. Serve Spinach Artichoke Dip with a side of Waffle Fries.
