Spinach Artichoke Dip with Waffle Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 8 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup cooked spinach, drained
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon Daikon Radish Sprout
  • Salt & pepper, to season

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread frozen Waffle Fries in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To a small pot on medium heat, add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and parmesan cheese. Stir frequently until melted and an even consistency and set aside.
  4. To a dipping bowl, combine artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic cloves and warm cream cheese mixture.
  5. Garnish dip with Daikon Radish Sprout. Serve Spinach Artichoke Dip with a side of Waffle Fries.
