Hash Brown Waffles
One part hash brown. One part waffle. All parts delicious! These hash brown waffles make breakfast so irresistible that you’ll crave them all day and all night. Serve them in the morning with a side of your favourite breakfast foods, snack on them in the afternoon, or switch up your dinner routine by subbing these in for your usual fries. Made in Canada from domestic and imported ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Hash Brown Waffles
- 1 pound of sushi grade tuna
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 Jalapeño, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Hash Browns Waffles in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, finely chop the sushi grade tuna. Add the tuna to a medium mixing bowl and combine with the mayo, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and salt.
- Thinly slice the avocado and jalapeño.
- In a small cooking pan, toast the sesame seeds on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spread Hash Browns Waffles in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions. To prep, finely chop the sushi grade tuna. Top each cooked Hash Brown Waffle with avocado, a scoop of tuna, a slice of Jalapeño, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
