Spicy Tuna on Hash Brown Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Hash Brown Waffles
  • 1 pound of sushi grade tuna
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 Jalapeño, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Hash Browns Waffles in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, finely chop the sushi grade tuna. Add the tuna to a medium mixing bowl and combine with the mayo, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and salt.
  4. Thinly slice the avocado and jalapeño.
  5. In a small cooking pan, toast the sesame seeds on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fragrant.

Top each cooked Hash Brown Waffle with avocado, a scoop of tuna, a slice of Jalapeño, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
