Ingredients
- 1 bag (540g) Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 1/3 cup Hellmann’s Spicy Mayonnaise Type Dressing
- 226g (8 oz) Sashimi grade Salmon, finely diced
- 3 tbsp. finely diced avocado
- 3 tbsp. finely diced cucumber
- 3 tbsp. finely diced mango
- Sprinkle of Nori Komi Furikake Rice Seasoning or Shichimi Togarashi
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, gently stir together salmon, avocado, cucumber, mango and 2 tbsp. of Hellmann’s Spicy Mayonnaise Type Dressing. Set aside.
- Cook Cavendish Farms Waffle Fries in the oven or air fryer according to package directions.
- Spoon 1 tbsp. of salmon mixture onto a waffle fry and place onto a serving platter. Repeat with remaining fries and salmon mixture. Drizzle poke fries with remaining Hellmann’s Spicy Mayonnaise Type Dressing.
- Garnish with Furikake flakes or Shichimi Togarashi spice.
Notes
When choosing salmon - Always purchase flash frozen farmed Salmon. Most large grocery store chains carry this type of frozen Atlantic Salmon. If you are able and lucky enough to be close to a fish monger. They would be your best choice for the freshest sashimi grade salmon. As an alternative, cooked salmon can be used as a replacement for sashimi grade salmon.
