Montreal Smoked Meat Dip and Fries

Ingredients

  • 350g Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
  • 1 ½ tsp. dry mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. chili flakes (optional)
  • Rosemary sprigs for garnish

Directions

Montreal Fries

  1. Toss frozen Cavendish Farms Fries with spices and cook in the oven or air fryer according to package directions.
  2. Transfer cooked fries to a serving dish and serve with dip. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.

Ingredients

  • Montreal smoked meat, chopped 2/3 cup
  • Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Low fat sour cream 1/3 cup
  • White onion, finely diced 2 tbsp.
  • Horseradish 1 tbsp.

Directions

Dip

  1. In a bowl, mix dip (using Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise) ingredients together and transfer to a small serving dish. Refrigerate until ready to use or refrigerate overnight.
