Smoked Salmon Hash Brown Waffle Toast

One part hash brown. One part waffle. All parts delicious! These hash brown waffles make breakfast so irresistible that you’ll crave them all day and all night. Serve them in the morning with a side of your favourite breakfast foods, snack on them in the afternoon, or switch up your dinner routine by subbing these in for your usual fries.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Hash Brown Waffles
- 1/3 cup cream cheese Spread
- 1 cup smoked salmon or as much as desired
- Capers - to taste
- 1/2 cup sliced Red Onion
- Half of a lemon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF (230ºC). Cook Cavendish Farms Hash Brown Waffles according to package directions.
- Top each hash brown with cream cheese spread and smoked salmon. Squeeze lemon and sprinkle with capers and red onion.
- Season with salt and pepper, enjoy!
