Pulled Pork Potato Tot Appetizer Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
  • 1 cup pulled pork
  • 1 green onion
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer and oven to 400°F.
  2. Spread Potato Tots in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To a muffin tin, add 3 - 4 cooked Potato Tots and smash down with the back of a cup. Use the back of a spoon to spread Potato Tots up the side of the muffin tin.
  4. To prep, heat pulled pork in microwave for 1 minute. Roughly chop green onion and set aside.
  5. Bake Potato Tots in pre-heated oven for 6 minutes or until crispy.
  6. To cooked Potato Tot cups, add pulled pork and sour cream, and garnish with green onion. Enjoy while hot!
