Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 1 cup pickles
- ½ cup red onion
- ½ cup pepper of choice
- ½ cup tomato
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 garlic
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Waffle Fries in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, roughly chop pickles, red onion, pepper, tomato, jalapeño, garlic and cilantro and set aside.
- To a medium - sized bowl, add pickles, red onion, tomato, pepper, garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, pickle juice, lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper and olive oil and mix well.
- Add cooked Waffle Fries to a plate and serve Pickle de Gallo on the side in a small bowl and enjoy!
