New Year’s Eve Grazing Table

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style All-Seasoned Kettle-Style Wedges
  • 1 block of feta
  • 1 cup olives
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup whipped ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup spinach dip, of your choice

Directions

  1. Preheat air-fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread frozen Waffle Fries and Kettle-Style Wedges in a single layer in air-fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To a small bowl, add feta and olives and set aside.
  4. To a preheated oven, add spinach dip to oven safe bowl and heat up for 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
  5. Add a thin layer of whipped ricotta over cooked Waffle Fries. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and lemon zest and set aside.
  6. To assemble board, add Waffle Fry Canapés, Kettle-Style Wedges, Feta and Olives and Spinach Dip and enjoy!
