Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style All-Seasoned Kettle-Style Wedges
- 1 block of feta
- 1 cup olives
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup whipped ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup spinach dip, of your choice
Directions
- Preheat air-fryer to 400°F.
- Spread frozen Waffle Fries and Kettle-Style Wedges in a single layer in air-fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To a small bowl, add feta and olives and set aside.
- To a preheated oven, add spinach dip to oven safe bowl and heat up for 5 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
- Add a thin layer of whipped ricotta overcooked Waffle Fries. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and lemon zest and set aside.
- To assemble board, add Waffle Fry Canapés, Kettle-Style Wedges, Feta and Olives and Spinach Dip and enjoy!
