New Year’s Day Brunch

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Quick Crisp Potato Tots
  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Hash Brown Waffles
  • 1 cup strawberry, kiwi and grapes
  • 1 breakfast sausage of choice
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salad greens of choice

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Spread Hash Brown Waffles in first air fryer basket and Potato Tots in second air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, slice strawberry and kiwi and set aside.
  4. To a medium- heat pan, add breakfast sausage and cook until well done and set aside.
  5. To assemble, add cooked breakfast sausage to a cooked Hash Brown Waffle, top with a slice of cheddar cheese and another Hash Brown Waffle.
  6. Add salad greens, kiwi and strawberry to the side. Serve up remaining strawberry, kiwi and grapes in a serving bowl. Place cooked Potato Tots to a serving platter.
  7. Serve this New Year’s Day Brunch with your favourite cup of coffee and enjoy!
