Mediterranean Fry Board

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Straight Cut Fries
  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Mini Quick Cook Patties
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup tzatziki
  • 1 cup mixed olives
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill Pepper, to season

Directions

  1. Preheat air-fryer to 400°F. 
  2. Cook Straight Cut Fries, Waffle Fries and Mini Hash Browns according to packaging instructions. 
  3. Slice cucumber into thin slices and set aside.
  4. Roughly chop parsley and fresh dill and set aside.
  5. To make spinach dip, add Greek yogurt, spinach, lemon juice and garlic powder to a blender and blend until smooth and set aside.
  6. Add tzatziki to a small dipping bowl, garnish with sliced cucumber and parsley. Add hummus to a small dipping bowl and garnish with paprika, and spinach dip in a small dipping bowl and garnish with parsley, pepper, and dill.
  7. Serve cooked Waffle Fries, Straight Cut Fries and Mini Hash Browns alongside dips, olives and cucumbers and enjoy.
