Lobster Roll Fries

Ingredients

  • 170 g Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Gourmet Frites Extra Thin with Cracked Pepper
  • 1.5 lb fresh lobster, cooked
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. Hellmann’s Garlic Aioli
  • 1/2 -1 tsp. tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced celery
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Chopped chives for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Directions

  1. Cook Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Gourmet Frites in the oven or air fryer according to package directions.
  2. Shuck and chop lobster meat and transfer to a mixing bowl. Keep claws whole if desired. Add 1 tbsp. of Hellmann’s Garlic Aioli, tabasco sauce, celery, lemon zest, lemon juice and stir until combined.
  3. Layer cooked fries with lobster roll mixture in a serving bowl. Drizzle with additional Hellmann’s Garlic Aioli. Garnish with fresh chopped chives and serve with lemon wedges.
