Loaded Buffalo Chicken with Straight Cut Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Crispy Classic Straight Cut Fries
  • 1 cup buffalo chicken
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese, of choice
  • 1 green onion, roughly chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.  
  2. Spread frozen Classic Straight Cut Fries in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and cook according to packaging instructions.  
  3. Heat up leftover buffalo chicken in microwave for 2 minutes and set aside.
  4. Remove Classic Straight Cut Fries from oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in oven for 2 minutes or until cheese is fully melted through.
  5. Garnish Classic Straight Cut Fries with buffalo chicken, ranch, blue cheese and green onion. Enjoy while hot!
