Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 1 red pepper
- ½ cup black olives
- 1 green onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups refried beans
- 2 cups guacamole
- ½ cup shredded cheese
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Waffle Fries in a single layer in air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, roughly dice pepper, black olives and green onion and set aside. Add sour cream into a piping bag and set aside.
- To make the spider for the garnish, cut one black olive in half to be used as the body, and slice the second half of the olive into a quarter to be used as the head of the spider. Take a second olive and cut out 6 long strips to make the legs.
- Assemble dip by layering refried beans and guacamole. Garnish the side of the dip with shredded cheese, pepper, olives and green onion.
- In the centre of the dip, start drawing a spider web with the sour cream. Once completed, add spider- shaped black olives on top of the spider web.
- Serve Layered Bean Dip with a side of Waffle Fries and enjoy!
