Kale Caesar with Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Flavour Crisp Sweet Potato Straight Cut Fries
- 1 bunch of kale, roughly chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 chicken breast, sliced
- 2 small garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook Cavendish Farms Sweet Potato Straight Cut Fries in an oven or air fryer according to package directions.
- In a bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise until well combined. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- In a pan, add sliced chicken breast and season with salt & pepper. Cook chicken until well done.
- Add chopped kale into a large bowl, drizzle Caesar dressing and toss until evenly coated.
- Garnish kale Caesar salad with sliced chicken breast and Parmesan cheese. Serve with a side of Cavendish Farms Sweet Potato Fries.
