Greek Waffle Fries Dip

Ingredients

  • Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 500 mL of Greek yogurt
  • 1 seedless cucumber
  • 3 tbsp fresh or dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta
  • Lemon wedges or juice
  • To taste salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Whisk olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, feta, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  2. Chop cucumber into small pieces and add to bowl.
  3. Optional: add Tzatziki sauce to mixture.
  4. Sprinkle oregano on top.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve with Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries for dipping. Enjoy!
