Ingredients
- Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic finely minced
- 500 mL of Greek yogurt
- 1 seedless cucumber
- 3 tbsp fresh or dried oregano
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- Lemon wedges or juice
- To taste salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce (optional)
Directions
- Whisk olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, feta, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Chop cucumber into small pieces and add to bowl.
- Optional: add Tzatziki sauce to mixture.
- Sprinkle oregano on top.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
