Ingredients
- 1 750g bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive-Thru Fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated Reggiano parmigiana cheese
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Spread Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive-Thru fries in a single layer on 2 non-stick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes to a golden colour.
- While fries are baking, in a small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until lightly golden, add parsley and sauté for 1 minute more.
- Toss fries with garlic and parsley and place on a platter, sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese, serve, and enjoy!
