Fried Pickle Dip with Waffle Fries

Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 3 cups baby dill pickles
- 1 cup fresh dill
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Spread Waffle Fries in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
- To prep, roughly chop 1 cup of baby dill pickles and fresh dill and set aside.
- To a large bowl, add cream cheese and sour cream and whisk until well combined. Add pickle juice, pickles, ranch seasoning and dill and mix well.
- To a medium- heat pan, melt butter in pan. Once the butter is melted, add in panko breadcrumbs and toast until fragrant. This should take around 3 – 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Add Fried Pickle Dip to a serving bowl, garnish with breadcrumbs, pickles and fresh dill. Serve alongside cooked Waffle Fries and enjoy!
