Fried Pickle Dip with Waffle Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
  • 3 cups baby dill pickles
  • 1 cup fresh dill
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. 
  2. Spread Waffle Fries in an air fryer basket and cook according to packaging instructions.
  3. To prep, roughly chop 1 cup of baby dill pickles and fresh dill and set aside.
  4. To a large bowl, add cream cheese and sour cream and whisk until well combined. Add pickle juice, pickles, ranch seasoning and dill and mix well.
  5. To a medium- heat pan, melt butter in pan. Once the butter is melted, add in panko breadcrumbs and toast until fragrant. This should take around 3 – 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Add Fried Pickle Dip to a serving bowl, garnish with breadcrumbs, pickles and fresh dill. Serve alongside cooked Waffle Fries and enjoy!
