Double Decker Hash Brown Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms All-Day Breakfast Onion Hash Brown Patties
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 slices lettuce
  • 2 slices tomatoes
  • 2 slices cheese
  • 1 egg, cooked sunny side
  • Salt & pepper, to season

Directions

  1. Start by preheating the air-fryer to 400F.
  2. Arrange frozen Onion Hash Browns in a single layer in the air-fryer basket and cook according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. In a medium-heated pan, cook two pieces of bacon until well done; set aside. Cook a sunny-side-up egg and set it aside.
  4. Prepare the lettuce, slice the tomato and cheese, and set them aside.
  5. Combine the cooked Onion Hash Browns with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, egg, and bacon. Place the mixture on top of one Onion Hash Brown and cover it with another. Serve the assembled dish while it's hot!
