Diced Hash Brown Casserole

Is your breakfast really complete without Cavendish Farms Diced Hash Brown Potatoes? We think not. Come to think of it, lunch and dinner may not be complete without them either.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Diced Hash Browns
- 1 spring onion, roughly chopped
- 4 cups of shredded cheese
- 2 cups of cooked bacon
- 4 cups of sour cream
- 4 cups cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix in cream of chicken soup, sour cream and butter and mix well.
- In a 9” x 3” pan, the bag of diced hash browns. Layer the hash brown patties with 2 cups of shredded cheese, bacon and spring onion.
- Pour the chicken cream soup, sour cream and butter mixture on top of the ingredients and top it off with the remaining shredded cheese and spring onion.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve while hot and enjoy!
