Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries
  • 0.5lb of chicken breasts
  • ½ cup of ranch sauce
  • 1 cup of cooked bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Cook Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries in an oven or air fryer according to package directions.
  2. Boil chicken breast in a pot of boiling water for 20-30 minutes until cooked. Remove from pot and set aside to cool.
  3. Once the cooked chicken is cool, shred the chicken and season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  4. To assemble, plate cooked Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Pub Fries, shredded chicken breast, cooked bacon and drizzle some ranch sauce. Garnish with some green onion for colour and crunch and enjoy!
