Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms FlavourCrisp Spicy Cracked Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon Pecorino Romano
- ¾ cup Monterey Jack
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to season
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and bake according to packaging directions.
- To a medium-size heated pan, add butter and flour and mix until a roux is formed. Add whole milk and whisk until roux is dissolved.
- Season the sauce with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Mix for 1 min and add Parmesan cheese, Pecorino Romano, and Monterey Jack. Mix until all cheese is melted.
- Serve the sauce in a dip bowl and garnish with freshly cracked black pepper. Serve with a side of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Gourmet Frites Extra Thin with Cracked Pepper Fries. Enjoy!
