Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 4 garden tomatoes
- 1 bunch of fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook Cavendish Farms Waffle Fries in an oven or air fryer according to package directions.
- Slice the 4 garden tomatoes into small bite size pieces.
- In a large bowl, add in the tomatoes, finely minced garlic, olive oil and some salt & pepper to taste.
- Place 1-2 tablespoon of the bruschetta mixture onto a waffle fry.
- Garnish with some basil leaves. Serve and enjoy!
