Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries
- 3 cans of black beans
- 1 cup of canned corn
- 1 orange or yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup cilantro, finely chopped
- ½ cup green onion, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon lime zest
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Cook Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Waffle Fries in an oven or air fryer according to package directions.
- In a large serving bowl, combine all the black bean salad ingredients and toss to combine.
