Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cavendish Farms Restaurant Style Drive-Thru Fries
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 whole pickles
- ½ teaspoon white sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 leaves iceberg lettuce, roughly chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt & pepper, to season
Directions
- Cook Cavendish Farms Drive-Thru Fries in the oven or air fryer according to package directions.
- In a well heated pan, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper, according to taste.
- In a bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, smoked paprika, salt & pepper and 2 tablespoons of diced pickles. Mix all the ingredients well to create the Big Mac sauce.
- Remove the fries once cooked and place on a large plate.
- Serve with Cavendish Farms Drive-Thru Fries on the bottom. Garnish with iceberg lettuce, ground beef, the remaining pickles thinly sliced, cheddar cheese and white sesame seeds. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce and enjoy!
